Bush Christmas at Kamay Incursion
Students will:
- Listen to an Australian Christmas story
- Discover fascinating features of 6 native Australian animals
- Hear from the author of the text
- Participate in a native animal bingo game
- Engage in movement session to mimic the animals in the story
- Learn and sing along to an original song written for this lesson
- Participate in making your very own sugar glider kite
Kamay Botany Bay Environmental Education Centre staff will visit your school to deliver the Bush Christmas program. Term 4 dates available - book here.
This incursion has been successfully delivered to many support units, and we highly recommend it for students with disabilities, as it is designed to be inclusive, hands-on, and engaging.
$90 per class of 30 students.
$3 per student if less than 20 students per class
