Kamay Botany Bay EEC tries to accommodate as many schools as possible throughout the year. Please note that once you have booked an excursion with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for your school.
If you cancel your excursion less than 4 weeks out from your intended booking date, an administration fee of $685 will be charged.
To avoid a cancellation fee please make sure all bookings are cancelled in writing outside of the 4 weeks.
Final Confirmation of Student Numbers & Payment Policy
Schools must confirm final student numbers at least two weeks prior to their scheduled excursion. The total cost of the excursion will be based on these confirmed numbers, regardless of any reductions in attendance on the day.
This policy ensures that our casual teachers, who provide specialised learning experiences, are fairly compensated. Once a casual teacher is booked, they are unable to accept other work, such as at another Environmental Education Centre. Last-minute changes impact their employment opportunities and may result in a loss of valuable expertise for our programs.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting our educators. If you have any questions, please contact us.
